Rebaling vs Rework

The rework of a graphic card on a notebook can solve the problem of a blank screen on most of times, but it's only a temporary solution to the problem. Most of the times, the gpu reheats and even with newer heat more efecientes solutions you will have the same problem in a matter of months.


So, even thought it's more expensive to do a reballing, it can be a better way to ensure that the repairment will have a long-term effect.

This is an advanced technique, so it is not advisable to try it without the correct materials / machines.
